20 Pull Up Challenge
I'm going to do a pull up challenge, not the whole thing, but just the first three weeks of one. I'd like to get some good strength in these girly arms and a little definition before starting my training this January.
This program seems simple enough. I can most of the time do 2 pull ups so I'm going to start with the first part of it. By the end of the week, we'll see how I'm doing and maybe repeat the same program or go to the next level. Then come January, I'll just go back to my random pull-ups as I walk through the doorway.
I'm starting this Monday. I'll update at the end of each post how I did for the day.
